Agenda Builder
This tool allows you to create an agenda view from a form.
The form should have the following fields:
- Start Date: A date or datetime-local field.
- End Date: A date or datetime-local field.
Note: Agenda Builder is only available on the Pro plan.
1- List Page: This page displays all records of the component, with options to customize the view and export the data.

2- Create: This action allows you to create an agenda.
- Name: Name of the agenda (required, maximum of 255 characters).
- Form: The form that you want to use to create an agenda view (required).
- Date Date Format: This is for the main date that will be as a title or tab text based on the selected template (required)

- Time Format: The preferred time display format: (required)
- 12 : (e.g., 2:00 PM)
- 24 : (e.g., 14:00)
- Agenda Template: The preferred template: (required)
- Tab: The main date will be as tab text
- Formal: The main date will be as title
- Hide Ended Events: If checked, any finished events will not be rendered in the agenda view.
- Hide Label: if checked, the fields label will not appear in the agenda card view.
- Enabel Status: The status indicates the timing of each agenda item and is determined based on the current date and time.
- Ended: Assigned when the agenda item's time has already passed.
- Current: Assigned when the agenda item's start time matches the current time (to the minute).
- Upcoming: Assigned to agenda items scheduled to begin within the next 15 minutes.
3- Agenda Designer: After creating the agenda, you will be redirected to the agenda designer where you can design the agenda.
- Start Date: Choose the field that will act as the start date.
- End Date: Choose the field that will act as the end date.
- Card Fields: Select the fields you want to show in the agenda card. You can also change order of these fields.
- Field: If checked, the field will be displayed in the agenda card.
- Font Size: Controls the text size for the field value. Acceptable values range from 14 to 20 (in pixels).
- Font Weight: Choose between normal – Regular weight and bold – Emphasized weight.
- Icon: If selected, the icon will appear next to the field value in the agenda card for visual emphasis.
- Color: The text color of the field.
- Is Badge: Converts the field into a badge-style element, often used to highlight short, important tags or statuses.
- Cross Icon (Drag Handle): Allows you to reorder the fields using drag-and-drop functionality.
Note: If "Is Badge" is enabled, this color will be used as the badge's background color instead.
4- View: This action allows you to see the agenda details.
- UUID: The UUID of the agenda.
- Name: Name of agenda.
- Public View: If checked, a public link to the agenda view will be displayed, along with a button to copy the link directly for easy sharing.
- Form: The form used to create the agenda.
- Date Format: The date format of the agenda.
- Modal Size: The modal size of the modal when user click on the title.
- Created Date: The created date of the agenda.
- Created By: The creator of the agenda.
- Updated Date: The updated date of the agenda.
- Updated By: The person who updated the agenda.
5- Edit: This action allows you to edit the agenda.
- Name: Name of the agenda (required, maximum of 255 characters).

- Upcoming: Assigned to agenda items scheduled to begin within the next 15 minutes.
- Allow Public Access: If checked, the agenda view will be publicly accessible without requiring authentication. This is ideal when you want to share an agenda with others—such as sending a link to external users—without needing them to log in.
Note: That you cannot edit the form chosen when creating the agenda.

Note: You can get the public link from the edit page under 'Allow Public Access' or from the agenda details page.
7- Delete: This action allows you to delete the agenda.
Note: This action cannot be undone.
