Table Customization
Each list page that displays all records has a wrench icon. When you click on it, a pop-up for personalized table configuration will appear.
- Table Default Sort: You can choose between descending and ascending order.
- Table Column Visibility: Show or hide columns in the table on the list page.
- Filter Visibility: If you hide a column from the table that has a filter, you can hide the filter by default.
- Table Design:
- Show Table as Card on Small Devices: If checked, the table will be converted to a card format when viewed on mobile or tablet devices.
- Show Popover for Labels: If checked, a popover will display for all actions and labels for filters. For form responses with long field titles, the titles will be truncated, and you can hover over them to see the full title.
- Action Design: Show the action buttons as a dropdown.
- Table Export: When a column is hidden, it will not be exported. If you want to include hidden fields in the export, you need to check this option.
All records can be exported to:
- XLSX
- CSV
- JSON
- HTML
Note: When using filters, the data exported will depend on the applied filters. If you want to export all data, ensure no filters are applied.
Records Per Page: You can set the number of records displayed per page:
- 5
- 10
- 50
- 100
Note: The records per page setting uses session storage for each user.
